"**Waiting room is small. Probably best to leave visitors in the lobby as there is not a ton of seating if it is busy. BJC West County outpatient imaging center offers screening mammograms, diagnostic mammograms, ultrasounds, bone density screenings, and walk-in X-rays with a Doctor's order. Appointments need to be scheduled in advance with Scheduling. Receptionists and technologists are caring, kind, and professional. There are private dressing rooms if you need to change into a gown for an exam, and an accessible restroom. The exam rooms are clean. The suite has been recently remodeled and has moved closer to the main entrance than the old suite used to be. The adjacent hospital and all of the medical office buildings are smoke and tobacco free campuses. Masks are required in the buildings and suites."

"I received Bias Care at this Facility. I have the wrong skin color. Doctor looked me in my face told me nothing wrong with me ignoring my symptoms. Telling me my liver & gallbladder are fine??????? I have been dealing with this issue for two years throwing up with a lot more symptoms than that. I find out as my liver this doctors office has messed up so many times with me and when they get done looking at all the documentation and all the phone calls and all the things that of happened there that I’ve been wrong on their end it’s gonna be a problem for them for sure they don’t need to practice medicine. Samantha the supervisor she was standing in the hallway when the cops knocked on the door they had me and my son escorted out like we were dogs. She played the race card she was afraid. My son blown away because we did nothing wrong.. So because Samantha was standing there looking at me with a smug look on her face like I didn’t know it was her and she needs to lose a little bit of weight by the way. Knows I filed a complaint I’ve been talking about her in reference to not want to communicate with her because she is horrible so it was more than obvious that they all worked against me to be very childish and rely on me to get me thrown out of there for lying They better pray nothing happens to me and I don’t lose my life are they will be haunted and their kids will suffer because of what they did to me what goes around comes around you should treat others the way you wanna be treated and treat others the way you want people to treat you. You don’t treat some of us like we are less than you we are not we are equal no matter what color we are at the end of the day that doesn’t matter!!!!! I am spreading the word about this clinic and I’m gonna have various people write reviews horrible don’t go there and less you burn in the sun. And the sad part is my mom’s white. Pathetic"

"My surgeon was wonderfully and everyone was extremely nice and encouraging, I appreciate all the staff did for me always smiling and making me as comfortable as possible.
