Before making such a grand purchase my husband and I read reviews, watch YouTube, spoke to family members, and spoke to sales associates for about two years (it was a huge decision for us). "Overall great experience! Karl did a great job of explaining and walking us through the process. He sent all the quotes with different configurations, fabrics along with prices. Made it very easy when we were home to make sure everything would fit. Then when we got everything figured out and back to the store the check out process was very simple.
