"The sales staff, particularly Felicia, were extremely helpful in helping me find my size in different options; I am not an easy size to fit. And while a few of the suits were not available in the size I needed, I was encouraged to try on a different size to get an idea of what would work so I could order the item in my size. This was very helpful and so appreciated."
"Honestly it was a disappointing experience. The store clerks were great, very helpful and fitted me. My size was not available in store of course, that's life when you are plus size for bras, (I'm a 40F) so we had to order online for shipping. I went in 8 days before a trip and was guaranteed 2 day express shipping. It took 4 days for a shipping label to be created and it was 5 days after that for shipping. I ended up ordering suits off of Amazon for my trip and will return everything I purchased here. Which is frustrating because I actually like the suits, but I don't need 5 swimsuits and I already wore the Amazon ones on my trip. There needs to be better understanding from corporate on actual processing and shipping timelines."
