"The teens who work here and play here are highly inappropriate. I can’t tell you how many times I hear staff and teen customers cursing and using racial slurs. I don’t need to explain to my 3 year old why we don’t call women the b word, why we don’t bully, and why we don’t use racial slurs just because we spent the afternoon at a supposedly kid friendly space."
"We went on a Saturday and didn’t realize we wouldn’t be able to get in. They tried to get me to buy a membership for me the 4 others in the party. Second option was to go on the website and purchase tickets for later that evening. I then had to go on the website and schedule an appointment for that evening. I recommend you buy tickets in advance. Our visit started off good but, continued to go down hill from there. The only older people working are management. While there I watched multiple staff members not doing their job walking around playing with their teenage friends. There needs to adults on the floor with these teenagers to ensure safety as the website claims. I watched as older teenagers were running rampant and staff did not say a thing to them but would blow their whistles at small children. They are unprofessional. I had to go talk to The manager about a couple of the situations and then said manager pointed me and my family out to the staff we had reported. Our visit then took another step toward the down hill slope. The teenage employee that was reported then started to walk around with their friends who were guest and trying to intimidate my family while we jumped. We then went back up to the manager and they pulled them into the office. Management at the front was professional aside from pointing out who reported the employee. After this visit and the price of 100 plus dollars and having to come back. We will not be back. There needs to be adults working this late. There are no safety measures this late in the evening. We went in @7:30."
"Great experience when we went. My eight year loved it and wants to come back. The only thing I would suggest is hiring more employees to help keep an eye on the kids while they are jumping around."
"This place is okay at best. There is no up keep on things that are broken. The biggest complaint is the staff is no where to be found. They hang out towards the front at the parkour jumping area and ignore every other part of the park. There is literally no staff anywhere in the designated areas. We had to get the trapeze ourselves and no one came to help. There needs to be an older supervisor or manager instead of letting this place be run by teenagers. Definitely not safe. Not sure if this is because Sky Zone took over or what. Definitely not worth the money for the membership."
