"The only real problem hand is that the cabins are really small closed in but they were clean"
"Review based on owner assistance in securing accommodations at rate quoted by her ... which was ZERO ASSISTANCE. Per her, when arrived, single rooms she said were available "already had someone in them, but no car, so forgot rented". So, at 5pm on a Tuesday, winter storms coming through, 4 rooms available, but doubles, her best assistance was to "allow" me to pay $40 more per day. So kind! My thought? GO ELSEWHERE TO START! I went elsewhere! The Forsyth Inn was more than willing to get a room ready for me, just had to wait a bit. START WITH THEM ... FORSYTH INN."
"This is our 2nd time staying at Twin Lakes. The facility is very clean & rooms are always clean and comfortable! We always feel safe & they are very helpful if we need anything. For sure staying here again when we visit family in Forsythe, MO."
"This is a charming place to stay. Reasonably priced. My husband and I stay at Twin Lakes every time we go to Forsyth. The kitchenette has all the dishes and pans you need to cook a meal. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The owner is a wonderful friendly woman. And the other customers have always been very friendly and considerate. I would recommend Twin Lakes Motel to anyone. Motel just doesn't seem right. They are cute little cottages."
"Our a/c went down and we needed some place close to get out of record heat for the night. The room was small and very dated, but clean and inexpensive. The window a/c was old, but worked. A quaint little Mom and Pop place running on a shoestring. When my kids come in, I'll put in one of their larger cabins, it'll make them feel like when they were growing up."
