"The short of it is we booked a cabin got our family ready to travel to resort and on the morning we are to leave they call and say air conditioning is out and we have nothing else for you. i know its not there fault air is out but only effort made was to send an internet search of a few maybe available listing in area. they were happy to say at least we didn't charge you lol. if you want a high priced maybe place to stay this is the place for you"
