"My review is for online ordering from Kirkland's, not my local store. I recently spent $200 on Kirkland's website on home decor. My order was shipped in 4 different packages but primarily the items were supposedly sent in one large shipment. That box however was filled with a basket I didn't order and a part to an object I couldn't identify. No packing slips were included. I don't think the store is just going to take my word for it that I didn't receive my items. I will never buy from Kirkland's online or in-store again. What a poor system to let mistakes like that occur."
