"Great spot lots of space, seperate big dog and little dog areas with a playground for kids."
"My dog and I frequently visit. What I like: Separation of small & large dog areas, 2 entrances so the dogs can smell each other before entering (very important), trash can by the gate, the free poop bags & disposal area, seating, pyramid & tunnel, new parking lot & trees. The sign states we can't complain, so these are suggested improvements: Supervision & Safety: Some dog owners place their dog in the park while they go to the children's playground & watch their children. One had their older child take the dog into the park & he tied the dog to the fence. Some dog owners sit in their vehicle & watch their dog &/or children. If something were to happen to an unsupervised dog or child, they would not be able to respond fast enough to stop or minimize potential damage. Responsibility & Disease: Some, actually, many dog owners do not pick up their dog's feces & dispose of it in the bin. The bags & disposal are right there inside the area. It's rude & irresponsible & places ofther dogs ar risk for diseases that can be passed from one dog's feces to another dog. If you bring in food, treats, or toys to the dog park, pick them up & take them home. If they are not yours, pick them up & place them on the fence or the trash can. They must have spilled the food or treat because there was about a cup of which my dog found them & was sick for 3 days. Maintenance/Repairs: The inside of the tunnel needs a few repairs (bolts sticking up), and the gates front & sides need to be more secure. Lastly, the grass should be mowed every week during the growing season."
