Hampton Inn Branson - Branson Hills 200 Payne Stewart Drive, Branson, MO 65616

"We stayed two nights at Hampton Inn Branson Hills. It is conveniently located relatively close to Sight & Sound Theater, where we had tickets to see Queen Esther. Also, The Branson Hills location is not on Highway 76 (the main drag) and thus we were able to avoid a lot of the congestion, yet it was only minutes away from Branson Landing. I am a HI Honors member, and I used the digital check in and check out (using the Hilton app) for the first time -- it worked really well with the exception of not providing a digital key to my room (on my phone app). All the staff were friendly and accommodating. I cannot emphasize how kind and friendly the entire team was. We were on the second floor. Unfortunately, there was an active child in the room above us who was constantly running and jumping. Next time we'll stay on the third floor. The breakfast selection and layout was very good. However, I had small bits of bone & cartilage in my sausage patties both mornings (this is a food distributor issue and NOT a local management issue). I would definitely stay here again (but on third floor)."

"The guest services person was very nice and helpful.. There was mold in the shower. I took a towel and was able to wipe it off! Disgusting to me. Maybe they are short handed on housekeeping but that kind of thing has been growing a long time. Much more I could say but none of it good."

"The room, front staff and custodians were excellent. What was horrible was the entire week I was there, there was absolutely no hot water for the shower. The location is wonderful as you don’t hear any noise from the strip and it’s close to many shopping centers. BUT, no matter how many times I spoke to the staff about the hot water issue, it was NEVER fixed. I specifically checked out a day early because I got tired of taking ice cold showers in the morning. Even tried taking an evening shower and it was still the same issue. As someone who travels a lot for work, I will make it a point to never stay at this hotel again until they get their water issue squared away. Every day was a different excuse as to why there was no hot water. I do not recommend staying at this location."

"Had issues with housekeeping not coming to do room even when front desk asked if we wanted it and we said yes please and we were there 6 days. The nice man doing housekeeping in the hallway helped us out even though the front desk seemed to always forget to put us on the list. The man on breakfast bar was very nice too."

"Everything about this facility was great except the noise coming from the room above us. We will not stay here again unless we can get a room on the top floor. The room was spacious, clean, had nice furniture, the beds were very comfortable, all the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good with many choices, and the location is great."
