"I've been here twice so far. 1st time, the food was fresh, and the service was friendly! 2nd time, the inside was closed, but I ordered online and picked it up from the side door. I noticed 2 workers, one lady and one man. The lady was so friendly and nice to say that she was obviously swamped, but she still managed to give exceptional customer service. The food was good! I'll definitely be back a 3rd time."

"I’ve been coming to this location for several years, and I’ve experienced many different employees. However, the current manager (Teresa) has created such a fun environment. The last 2 times I have visited, the overall experience was amazing, and she ensures all customers are satisfied before leaving. Very happy with her and the employees she manages."

"I worked service industry a long time, and instead of complaining I would hope this review raises awareness. Staff seemed semi friendly, portion sizes were much smaller than I expected, typically im a quality over quantity guy. I ordered grilled steak and was given about 10-12 tiny pieces of chopped steak. Asked for veggies and they were almost out so I got like a couple strips of veggies and onions. I wanted to try something new but was disappointed."

"I like the quality of the chicken quesadilla. And I also noticed that their brownies taste as good as the brownies from Barnes & Noble. And I’m glad the Northwest Arkansas location has finally reopened. And I’m glad that I can earn rewards points during each visit. And when I have 125 points, they’ll give me a free entree."
