"Unfortunately our stay wasn’t as nice as some of the other guests. Location was great, parking was nice. The hot water in the tub/shower took at least 5 minutes to get hot the night we arrived. The next morning it didn’t get hot after 6-7 minutes of running continuously. Breakfast is supposed to come at 9:15, we waited until 9:40am and it never arrived, so we left. Cute place, location was great, WiFi worked well, bed was very comfy. Just disappointed over the lack of hot water and breakfast."
"Our 4th visit to Cliff Cottage was as wonderful as our previous visits. We were in the Emily Dickinson suite and it was so nice. The bed was extremely comfortable, and having a wonderful breakfast delivered in the morning just makes it perfect. Especially since the food is beautifully prepared and came oven hot. The location is perfect. Of course we will go again."
"BLUF: The Sarah Suite was beautiful, unique, and overall great! Very close to downtown Eureka Springs. Breakfast was fantastic and filling. Location: Like said, it is located very close to downtown Eureka Springs. Multiple restaurants and shops are located within walking distance. Parking is included with your room so it definitely saves you money with parking at the downtown area since almost all parking is $5 or more. Would not recommend this location if you are in wheelchair or have low mobility. The reason you're so close to the town is thanks to a very long staircase, there are ways around but it would be more out of the way. If you don't mind stairs or inclines, then there's no issues! Service: We arrived on Christmas Day, the owners were not available to physically be there due to it being Christmas. This was no issue, we walked up to the front office and there was an envelope with my name on it with the keys and instructions for the room. No issues. Breakfast was delivered by 9:30 every morning and was very filling and healthy. It was very enjoyable each day. They have different options based on your dietary restrictions, you just have to let them know ahead of time. The day after Christmas was our anniversary and when booking the room, they also have options for those sort of things. I requested a card with a special note and some chocolate covered strawberries. Both came out wonderful. Room: The room was very beautiful and very unique. It was decorated for Christmas and felt very cozy and homey. The Sarah Suite was very awesome, it has the front window and living room looking out into Downtown Eureka Springs, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room was very beautiful, with a couch, an electric fireplace, and a TV. The living room had a permanently locked door that would naturally lead to the other suite, no issues other than we could hear our neighbors snore, but only from the living room. The bedroom was great, everything was clean and ready to go. ** There was one grey long sleeve shirt that was left there from a previous person, and that was bothersome **. The bathroom was beautiful, with a giant jet tub that was very relaxing at the end of the day. No issues with the bathroom at all. The outside area, out the back door, was very disappointing. I imagine it's much better kept during spring and summer, but it was disappointing to see it like it was during winter. Overall, it's a beautiful place and definitely worth the money. I know the room was clean, the grey long sleeve had to be an oversight. No noise was heard from the bedroom regarding the neighbors. We were not bothered at all except for breakfast, and even that was just a *knock* and then "breakfast" and it was left on your porch. Very enjoyable time, will come back here if visiting Eurika Springs."
"We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our 25th anniversary last week. Absolutely loved our stay! Excellent breakfast and loved the room and location of the inn. It’s a very short walk to downtown. Having access to all streaming services is a nice bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon."
"We stayed here one Saturday in December for an overnight getaway. I’ve stayed at many different places in Eureka Springs over the years and this was one of the best. We stayed in the Robert Louis Stevenson suite. It was a perfect, cozy little spot for us to relax after exploring downtown Eureka. The location is absolutely fabulous as you are near the hustle and bustle of downtown but up on a quieter cliff above. The breakfast delivered to our doorstep on Sunday morning was very, very yummy. I’d recommend Cliff Cottage to anyone as a nice little weekend getaway retreat."
