I was waiting to pick up my own daughter there tonight and boys with blankets all walked out moments before the girls. The boys all looked like I was the Dad coming to catch them. "Just an honest review from someone who has grown up in this town. This review is intended to save others the hassle and money. Spent nearly $100 for four movie tickets 2 kids drinks 2 large drinks and a large popcorn. The popcorn was not great, butter machines were broken. The thermostat in theater 2 was set to 75 degrees. Coming inside from temperatures in the 90s this was miserably hot. When I addressed this to the workers they blew it off. The point of seeing a movie in the summer is to have an activity for my children that is out of the heat and comfortable. The temperatures in the theater made the leather reclining seats terrible, sticking to the seats and they are sweat soaked. So here is my recommendation to absolutely everyone in town who works hard for a living and wants to go to a movie. Alamo draft house is located in Springfield their movie ticket prices may be a few dollars higher but their bottomless popcorn bowls (all you can eat during your movie without paying for a membership as others have stated bolivar has you do) is a solid $2 cheaper they have full menus so dinner and a movie in one single location. The theaters are much cooler so bring a blanket or sweater. Hope this helps. Won't be returning to bolivar movie theaters again."

"Comfortable seating but the concessions are way overpriced. First theater I've been that required you to join their secret club in order to qualify for refills on the 20 bucks they charge for a large drink and popcorn. Next time I'll go to Alamo Drafthouse."
