"If you like cockroaches and creepy people, this is the place for you. No housekeeping service. Take out your own trash to the dumpster. It's not a safe place for your personal belongings! Don't ask the guy at the front office a question. You won't understand him. AWFUL"

"I've been living here for almost two months. The owner allows me to use this as my address so I can have mail and packages sent to me. There is no on site laundry, but there are laundry mats within about a 10 minute drive. The owner and his wife live here. The night watch man also lives here. The rooms are clean. The bed is very comfortable. There is a big screen TV and free cable. There is free wifi. There is a refrigerator and microwave in room. No coffee maker or blow dryer. Well lighted at night. You park right in front of your room. It's in a country setting, but very close to hwy 49 where there is almost every kind of buisness for basics including medical dental express care walmart dollar store banks all kinds of food T-Mobile store shoe and clothing stores gym churches gas auto repair. Great location. Kind people. Plenty of hot water for bath or shower. Plenty of storage space in room. I drink the water from the faucet. I feel safe here."

"Well doordash has got me out here in Neosho trolling around. So I rented fora week. It is quite and noone bothers me but the situation with the ice here is troubling and I havent even had clean up service offered to me once, good thing my girl don't mind helping..lol"

"We stayed there woke up at 4am and the bed was covered in bed bugs, and when we went the front desk asked for refund. The owner said it wasn't his policy and he couldn't check room til morning. Poor service dirty room would advise people to find somewhere else to stay."

"This establishments rooms seemed very nice!! There is always a police officer doing rounds so seem very safe and secure!! The only reason I give 3 stars is because one room I was in instead of having a deadbolt or something it had two door handles!?! Like huh?!?"
