"Purchased a set of earings for ear piercing at a cost of $85.00 on Saturday Dec. 30, 2023. Sunday evening Dec. 31 noticed the stone had fallen out of one earing. Called Banter on Jan. 1, 2024 to let them know and their first question was did you buy the extended warranty. I said yes and after them speaking with a manager I was told I would have to wait the three weeks for my ears to heal before they would replace the earring. Out to dinner on Tuesday evening, Jan. 3, 2024, turned my earring and the second stone fell out. I was able to find it. Will be calling today . Am not satisfied at all."

"Got my ears pierced yesterday and didn't realize until today when I was cleaning them that they are not in in the same place they are very crooked and now I'm going to have to pay more money to have them redone they look terrible"
