"$600 Deposit was placed for my daughter and I to get tattoos to hold appointment. That appointment was canceled by Cliff due to a death in the family. After a hassle, we finally got a new appointment. Showed up for that appointment and Cliff was a no show. Someone at the shop had to tell us he wasn’t coming in. Got a new appoint for the next day at 1. Cliff texted the next moring to cancel that appointment due to family emergency . After multiple attempts to contact for a new appointment, we just asked for the return of the $600 deposit. The reason for a deposit is to hold an appointment which was cancelled on us MULTIPLE times. Was told refund was processed. Few days later no refund, contacted Cliff and he said 7 days is how long refunds take to process. 2 weeks later, still no refund, still no tattoo appointment and he now leaves the messages on read and refuses to respond. Maybe our situation was a fluke but they’ve now stolen $600 from us. There are tons of good tattoo shops in Springfield… I’m not sure I would chance my money on this one."

"Whoever said money doesnt buy you happiness never came here. Got a recommendation from a friend to visit and iam sooo glad I did! Iam a long haul trucker so exact down time and how long iam going to be in town is so hard to nail down. They went above and beyond to wiggle and jiggle to work with my schedule. And when Cliff got a hold of me he just gave me 100% no holding back! The vibe is good no drama in the shop! Staff is chatty if you are had some great conversations about tons of topics. Or they let you be and do your session how you wanna. They even let me dj during my 2 runs that was awesome i even took requests! Some folks just zone and ride out the experience and they arnt pushy about it either way! I had a general theme i wanted but I wanted cliff to express himself pretty much untethered and he went hard creatively and I cannot wait to come back. Mandy and him work so well together (you should watch them when they take after photos omg it's great) I really appreciate everything there. The atmosphere, professionalism and general vibe of the shop is inviting. And they are expanding its getting upgrades as we speak. Mandy was very informative regarding aftercare steps (I havnt had any work in 6 years so things have changed abit). I had some questions as it was new to me and she was very understanding and walked me thru all concerns i had. Iam 2 days into healing and it has been the least painful way I've ever experienced thus far. 10/10 would get inked again. Thank you both for the fantastic experience. P.s. you can park a bobtail here the lot is huge never had any problems with truck being here."
