"I called about 2 weeks prior to my trip to the Warsaw area to make a reservation. I let them know I would be there September 16 for one night. I got to the area early to go shopping. I then stopped for a late lunch at the BBQ place across the street as I was told by the hotel person it was good. After I ate, I went to the hotel. On the door was a sign saying we are closed for 4 days. 2 phone numbers were listed. Neither phone number was answered- and would not allow message. I had to then sit and try to scramble to find a spot to stay the evening! Now I have to miss the hot air balloon glow this evening! A female called almost an hour later and said she missed a call. I asked if she was from the motel, she said yes. When I told her I had a reservation for the night - she apologized for closing unannounced and said she needed a few days off. A phone call to me prior to my trip would have helped!!!!"
