"Most of the techs have been very helpful and friendly. They usually get me in and out quickly. It helps if you automatically bring a printed copy of your lab order. That prevents problems if they didn’t receive the order. They will be insist that it is very clear and has all the doctor information on it."

"I was a walk in around 4:30 on a Friday. Two people ahead of me and I only had about a 10-15 min wait. Caina was very friendly to all of us as she would come to get the next patient. She also did amazing drawing my blood. I get a little nervous n had to have quite a bit drawn. It didn’t hurt, she talked to me while doing it, was very quick and I didn’t bruise afterwards like I usually do. Will definitely go back to her again."

"Quest is a joke. I went in at 7:20a in the morning to get blood work done. They lady was not very nice and you could tell she hates her job. Said they never received my order request TOLD ME TO GO TO MY DR ACROSS TOWN TO GET IT. So I went and got it. The nurse at my dr office even showed me where they sent the request to them. I come back to Quest office and I have to wait over an hour to be seen because I’m now considered a “walk in” because I left even though they told me to go get the paperwork. This place is a joke, they have no customer service and they all look miserable when they are at work."
