"I wish I could give this 0 stars. Very upsetting experience today. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced today. Was told the manager would be there in 10 minutes to be able to get both ears done at the same time. Well 40 minutes later the manager still isnt there. My daughter had to use the restroom so we went and came back. The manager had arrived and was piercing another person so yet again another wait. Then they get her ears cleaned and prepped to pierce. She states that she needs to go help on the register so that they can both come do both ears at the same time. Well their registers weren't working so they were having to add up the costs and hand write receipts for people that had come in WAAAAY after us. I go up and tell them that I was trying to be patient but an hour and a half is a long time to wait for a 3 year old. I was told that she understood if we wanted to go to icing instead. This was unacceptable. Will never go there again. And will not recommend to anyone!"
