"The bathrooms are amazing huge and luxurious. Customer service 1/5, they were cranky and rude. The king term tenants next to us had break up fights nearly every night. I was with my 10 yo child. There were two overnight accidents. We apologized and gave a $5 tip to make up for it. But my kid was shamed about it and I was charged $100 for new linen. The linen had cigarette burns (we were supposed to be non-smoking) and stains, so I can't imagine why they needed more than a washing. We also found this bug, but the office was not concerned. If you expect a modicum of respect, this isn't the place to go."

"The location is great for the little town. The bathrooms are the only saving grace of this motel. While the furniture is dated, it's perfectly fine. Customer service 1/5. The employees were very cranky. My son wet the bed, and we were shamed for it, even tho I tipped them $5 for the inconvenience, and $100 to replace the linen. Ambience 1/5, the more permanent residents in the room next to us had huge fights almost nightly. Linen 1/5, it was stained and had cigarette burns."

"The rooms are cleanish, the one I was in the housekeeper forgot to clean the shower but other than that it was good. The only real complaint I have is that they say free WiFi, that absolutely doesn't work, at least where I was. So if you work from home and stop here, don't plan on a good signal. I would stay here again, if I didn't need WiFi though."

"Very comfy beds. The room was clean and quiet. Obviously needs some updating, but I plan to stay here again. The sinks in the bathroom (yes two sinks) took a long time to get hot water, but the shower got hot quickly."
