"Ate breakfast at Bloomfields. Didn't stay at the hotel."

"If you could give this place a -1000 stars, it would be too good for it. Even the cockroaches had their hobo bags and was leaving the hotel that should’ve been our first clue but of course we need of a place to stay coming in at 2 o’clock in the morning. If I would mention bedbugs, that would be telling the truth don’t stay there. The walls were dirty the floors were so disgusting I don’t know when the last time they clean this hotel and poor town of Marshall, because is hotel is using Marshall‘s name for a company business that not even the cockroaches would stay at, so don’t stay here. Thank you."

"This was the worst hotel/motel dump I have ever visited. We were stranded in Marshall during a road trip with children, we needed a place asap. As soon as we got into the room you could see how dirty it was instantly. Door frames and walls were almost black from never being wiped down. Toilet didn’t work and my 6yr old found bugs on the bed! Immediately told everyone to get out and get back in the truck. I’m not confrontational, but I went to the front desk and requested a refund (it was less than 10 minutes from him charging my room) and he instantly became confrontational. I am a petite woman, it was very uncomfortable how quickly he was to raise his voice at me. I was just like look, it’s just not a good fit for my family… he wanted to see the bugs (of course they were gone cause my mom swiped them off the bed) and he was trying to say how he takes pride in how clean his rooms are. It was truly a disgusting place. After he yelled at me and my 60yr old mother, I just walked away. I never argued back to him, just tried explaining how uncomfortable we felt there. It was the worst situation I have ever been in. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting room and horrible management."

"Had a microwave, fridge, and tv but the outlets they plugged into didn’t work. Shower head was just a mist. Heat worked well, had two working lamps, and the sink was great. No breakfast or housekeeping was available when we went. All photos were taken right when we walked in the room."

"Room wasn't very clean. Saw a roach on the wall. TV works but there was no guide, so it was hard to find something to watch. No coffee maker. No hair dryer. Boasts on-site restaurant and free breakfast, but restaurant isn't open even at 6 a.m., so don't know when people traveling would eat there. Had to drive two lights in dense fog to find a convenience store to get a cup of coffee. There is a fridge and microwave, which is good, if they were clean. Bed was comfortable. The place is better than a tent, but I won't ever stay here, again."
