"unpleasant to resolve issues online when i needed to just correct day of prepurchase tickets at a cost of $113 they refused. I wasnt asking for refund just help in fixing the day i needed when calendar date didnt correct itself upon purchase of 8 tickets. Out my money and the tickets for family outing."

"The biggest problem I had was not being able to contact the theater to ask questions and inquire before we went to the show. Only the contract was prerecorded messages. there is no way to talk to a real person about concerns before getting tickets to the shows! But I was very impressed with reclinering chairs! Very comfortable!"

"I love going to the movies there. When I used to go before they remodeled, I would leave with my back hurting. Now, with the recliners, I am always comfy and feel wonderful! I also love that Tuesdays are special prices! Great rewards program also!!!"

"I think one of the worst things a customer can experience is when they need information about the business that an automated system can’t provide, but can’t get ahold of a person working there. It makes one feel like the business doesn’t care enough about its customers to give them an opportunity to speak with them directly. It’s infuriating. Please change your automated system to allow people to be transferred to the office!"

"We enjoy going to a movie now and then, but REALLY miss the posters out front if the theater.. People enjoyed being able to drive by, picking out a movie to see...Do not always have internet, and the phone does not EVER get a person, always a recording. Also am missing having a Tuesday afternoon matinee, so can take advantage of the "Treat yourself Tuesday" Very depressing..."
