"Whoever mowed last left large rocks on the road. We had to move them ourselves just to get down the row we were assigned. No one in the office. Understand the desire to protect the grass but if you don't move the boulders back, you limit a driver's ability to maneuver in an already very tight park. Luckily, the site across from us was empty and we were able to go across and then out the next aisle. This was to avoid a huge hole in our site. This park would be fine for smaller rigs but would not recommend for big rigs towing. On line reservations were easy."

"Convenient stop on our way back to Texas after racing at Raytown BMX. Jordan helped us complete our reservation quickly and we enjoyed the overnight stay. Grounds were well-kept and quiet. Nice playground and dog park. Restaurants, gas station and Dollar General nearby if needed."

"If you are absolutely desperate...stay here but if not AVOID AVOID AVOID. We stayed for 1 night and that was enough for us. Sites are cramped, trashed, and there is way too much noise coming off I-49. Grass is WAY overgrown! Power went out for hours after an early morning thunderstorm. No one would answer the park phone and no one ever showed up to the park office during their set office hours on a Saturday. Their customer service was absolutely nonexistent! We definitely won't be back."

"This was a perfect overnight pitstop, especially in a 40' class A, towing a car. No need to unhook. Right off the freeway. Good roads. Clean spots. Friendly management. Only concern is that many of these newly graveled sites are not level. The 'A' row seems to be the best. We stayed in A2 and it was level. They have a pond, playground, small dog park and a laundry (which we didn't use). We thought it was a steal at $35/night We would definitely stop again if we are ever passing through."

"I recently moved my 5th wheel here and I have to say I'm very happy with the people, the park, and all the new things they have been adding. Not only have the recently completed renovated the lots, raising them by several feet, adding new dirt and grass, but they just finished adding a walking trail and man is it nice. Other amenities are the play ground equipment, dog run, and fishing pound. Really nice place to stay for a night or long term."
