"Well I originally booked this room at the last minute through Airbnb and couldn't make the reservation after I had already purchased a $300 Airbnb gift card. The app would not let me book the room and upon calling Airbnb's support line I was instructed I had to make my reservation at least 24 hours in advance..... Well facing the fact I was going to have to sleep in my vehicle involuntarily, I decided to take a shot and contact Zencity directly. The guy I dealt with on the phone was very professional and went above and beyond the call by helping me out by helping me get into the room early ( I did have to pay an early check in few) but the satisfaction of knowing I was going to have a bed to sleep in was fabulous! I will never use Airbnb again. They can't control their own bookings, nor can they do anything to help a lot customer who was stranded and at the will of their app. Thank you Zencity!"

"Stay was okay but after you leave they will give you fraudulent charges then they will just ignore your emails. Stay away. For me they said my key was put in the wrong place and charged $100. A screenshot of their response is below."
