Sonesta Select Kansas City South Overland Park

"The hotel was not as clean as the reviews state. The receptionist didn't know how to check my into the hotel. I've stayed at a Sonesta hotel 3 times and I've noticed that there are old run down Marriott Courtyards. They're too cheap to hire a kitchen staff. So, there's no restaurant. The carpets are filthy. They buy old hotels but they don't do any upgrades."

"My husband and I stay at this location every time we come to Missouri. It always nice people at the front desk. The rooms are very fancy but always clean and never any smell or bugs."

"It is just okay. Nothing special, way too expensive for what it was. I thought that at the price I paid, it would include some kind of breakfast. No, that is an additional $10 per person. It was totally not worth $10. Also, there is no microwave in the room, which seems very strange, I guess I didn't bother checking on that because I assumed almost all hotels provide a microwave. The pool was extremely cold. The tub did not drain well. The staff was very nice and polite and the room was clean. Slept well, bed was comfortable."

"This place is cheap for a reason, I went off the good reviews and that was a mistake. Very noisy and the room we were in had patios. Our neighbors were opening the door to smoke every 5 minutes and you could hear it every single time. And around 1:00 am , several children are out roaming the hallways unattended. We ended up leaving and canceling our stay, will not be back."

"It's super nice. Very clean absolutely love the fact that they have soap dispensers in the bathroom. However only one was not full it was completely empty but that minor in comparison that was a very nice room enjoyed myself and definitely would come back especially for the price that I paid"
