"If you have children PLEASE don’t stay here! We enjoy Wyndham hotels and stay when there’s one around. First let me tell the pros… it’s right off the highway. So easy off n easy back on. The desk lady, I think her name was molly was really sweet and accommodating. The breakfast I heard recently got up graded with a few more items. I believe biscuits n gravy are only on weekends. The oj didn’t taste to watered down. It’s not elaborate like most days inn but you can find something to eat from toast n bagels to waffles n cereal. And that wraps up the pros. Cons- this hotel should not even be called a days inn. It is no where near the standards of most. I did inquire if it was owned by Wyndham or franchised. I already knew the answer, franchised. There is no pool. There is no lounge in reception area so you’re stuck in your room. No work out-n.o.t.h.i.n.g.!!! The moment we got into the elevator I knew we should have left. It reeked of 420. Apparently the second floor, forgot which, is for smokers of cigarettes. The whole hotel smelled like an 80’s party with skunk w33d, old smoke and spilt beer. The carpet in the halls was disgusting so you can imagine the room carpet. We should have left we really should have. This place is a dump!! Sat on side of bed only. Fridge, microwave was filthy. The “furniture “ in rooms were stained, ripped and dirty. The beds were horrible. We ended up rolling to the middle so I got up n stared out window. The air unit reeked of mold. I took off the front and it was so dirty. I tried to clean it because we needed the heat but still breathed mold n dust. Wife n kids Ended up sleeping with masks on. I was surprise I didn’t see bed bugs but it would not shock me if this hotel had them. This hotel houses long term tenants. The door toward the back was a man hunched over sleeping. at one point it was a locked door requiring a card to get in but now a hard pull and your in. So did not feel safe at all. Lots of quick coming and going. One room had ppl in/out all hrs. I wasnt being nosey but you’re in a room where you can hear everything. since there’s nothing to do one tends to look out the window. This is not your typical hotel for a days inn. As I feel bad for people who are homeless, there were quite a few wondering the parking lot.Luckily I could see my car from our rooms. I found it odd and irritating that you can pretty much smoke in any room but if you smoked in the hall and alarm went off. This things went off several times. The last blaring horn was at 4:30Am!!! So nice to be woken by this. I had to go to front desk the first time and ask if it was a fire alarm as nothing was mentioned this could be a possibility. It’s rather scary hearing it and thinking the hotel is on fire. I’m just going to say this because I would want to know the truth about some where my family is staying plus I saw some transactions being made. Now make of that what you will but those who know know. Again, I should have taken my family to another hotel. I feel horrible still that I made them stay in this unsafe, filthy, moldy, smoke of both kinds, old bed, flat pillows, (we always travel with our own bedding for this very reason), passed out ppl in doorway in the middle of winter (I watched to make sure they were alive, I’m not heartless). I couldn’t sleep and it started to snow so I sat by the window watching making sure our cars were ok and never saw one police car/security rounds. Which shocked me. No wonder it’s a safe place to conduct “business “ out in the open. Some may say I’m speculating, no I actually saw at least 3 “transactions” as they held a small baggy with white powder up to the light. Second one weighed it on the hood of car. Third poured something out and sniffed it. So no I know what I saw. If you’re looking to party this is your hotel. I don’t like giving bad reviews. We were just trying to do a stay-ca & attend era concert. Hotels like this pay for good reviews. Wyndham requires high ratings."
"The young blonde lady that checked us in the night we got there was so very nice and I appreciate her so much I don’t know her name. I hope she sees this I want her to know how much I appreciate her. We had a very huge bad experience as we were moving to Kansas City and then ended up homeless and needed somewhere to stay for a few days that allowed our dogs. She was an absolute lifesaver. The rooms could definitely use some updating. Breakfast was sub par for the cost of the rooms But given our circumstances, it worked out well. The company that was there was kind of scary to me. loud music and people all hours of the night. The Crotchety old lady that ran the front desk in the mornings Has no customer service skills whatsoever. The housekeeping ladies, they were amazing and Personable."
"Oh HELL NO!!! Absolutely disgusting. Entire place smells of smoke, weed and piss. Run down and dirty. Knew the breakfast was going to be a joke and it definitely was. If someone else hadn't booked this stay for me I would have never even considered staying here."
"We paid over $100 dollars to stay one night at this place. It was the worst nights sleep I have ever had. They put us in a room that should have been condemned. The first floor window leading into the parking lot was broken. The door to the room was broken off its henges. There were cigarette burns in both the queen bed covers. There was a large hole next to the bed that I'm hoping wasn't a bullet hole. There were stains and holes everywhere, and the bath towels appeared to have been used by a previous guest. That being said, the blankets and sheets were clean, and it seemed like housekeeping did a good job of trying to clean the place, such as it was."
"Do not stay at this hotel!!! When I say it is less than standard. We had the 3 bed suite and the room smelled of smoke and urine. When we arrived the clerk was outside smoking a cigarette. After checking in when we got to the room it had not been cleaned. There was broken glass on the floor, a bullet in the toilet, and a drug pipe under the couch. Yes you read that correctly. We let the front desk know and they did nothing. Currently working on my refund as we booked another hotel and left immediately. I only gave two stars because the clerk was nice. She wasn’t rude or anything. Please see the pics"
