"Sound and picture was great but the IMAX seats don't have recline or even a foot rest. The arm rests between the seats also don't go all the way back. The theater was so cold that I was bundled in a coat, hat, and mittens and was still freezing to the point that my toes hurt. Had it not just happened to be a great movie it would've been completely miserable."

"Had a great time shopping, weather was nice and lots of outlets with large selections. The Christmas decor was very festive too as were all the holiday shoppers."

"Visited here on a Tuesday matinee and had a pretty decent experience. The staff we came into contact with were very friendly and especially the gentleman taking our tickets - he was great! The men's restroom had a few urinals closed so it just made the restroom seem rundown. The theater was pretty clean and I didn't notice any trash on the ground during our visit. The theater we were in was very nice and the screen was huge! The recliners were extremely comfy but it was definitely not wiped down because when I moved the table at my seat, it was very sticky and gross. Overall, we didn't complain about anything to each other, but I just had a noticed a couple things like the urinals and the sticky recliner table."

"This place is awesome!!! Was a little worried at the start when some teens were being rowdy, but management handled it quickly and quietly. The days are SUPER comfy and the tray table is so freaking handy. Lighting and sound was excellent as well. Definitely going back!"

"***Beware the Size of Seats are Worse than Airplane seat, and don't have belly you will have difficult problem getting past the swivel mini table attached to the chair. This needs to be posted to let customers beware of the " Small" seat sizes. Heck we didn't even know they reclined until half way through the movie. Plus luke warm hot dogs. If you are handicap waiting in line to buy your tickets, no place to sit. They need to have a few benches, near by. Told employee on the way out, regarding seating and cold hot dogs. Popcorn wasn't even hot. Only apologize, didnt offer refund, nothing. Save you money at this location. Understand waiting in line (everywhere us short staffed, but need to have something available for handicap folks. I can say it was clean, but very uncomfortable seating, poor food, and customer service. Live in kc, just went here before. Very, very disappointed. I took photos of chairs."
