"My appointment was on time, checking in was easy, and the blood draw was perfect, but the doctor who drew my blood was very rude about my preferred name. She then started to ask me questions about my clothes and hair, which was very unprofessional. (Since it was just a hoodie/jeans and bob-length hair?? Nothing inappropriate at all) The appointment itself went smoothly, though. The blood draw was painless, and the whole process only took about three minutes. I personally wouldn't go back to this location though."

"I set up my appointment online for 10:30am signed in and my name was called in less then 2 minutes. The phlebotomist was very kind, knowledgeable and only had to stick me one time which is wonderful because I am a very hard stick. We talked for awhile and she was so nice and kind and I had a great experience. Thank you Krissy for the good experience. I used the Independence location at Centerpoint."

"DON'T GO HERE! You set up a scheduled appointment, it chooses your day and time. Makes almost impossible to change the random appointment and all ways of contact lead back to auto call system with no option for a real person! They scheduled me for 6pm but closed at 430!!! No one to fix, no one to answer service call, and it was prepaid by my employer. Why even schedule for a timw outaide your hours!!!!"

"I arrived at 7am. Was a walk in . Signed in at 710 I was greeted I gave needed information , she drew my blood gave urin sample and was out by 720 . Nice lady very professional"
