"Really nice hotel. Elevators are a bit weird in the main tower, made navigating harder at first, but they are probably the faster elevators I have ever been in. In addition, they don't have free breakfast, only a high priced restaurant. That is what you get at higher end places, but still bumps down my personal opinion of the establishment. Great location, and a good pool at the top floor with a scenic view. Being high up also means the lobby doesn't smell like chlorine, which is a huge plus over other hotels."

"Great hotel location for KC Convention center. My room had a nice newer reno and great view. The executive lounge had limited hours due to the Convention, so didn't check that out. Coffee and snack place is handy. Large bar area which was very busy because of the show. Elevator system is very efficient at moving large volumes of people. Breakfast buffet was just okay. Ordering off of the menu was a very long wait. Would stay again"

"Overall the stay was pleasant. Great location to be able to walk to our show at night. My low star review is due to the parking. We arrived at the hotel to check in just after 3:00 and was told there was no room for parking, the valet was full as well. All the hotel parking had been taken by a convention going on. We were told that we would have to find parking elsewhere. The closest parking we could find was 4 blocks away and we had to pay $20. Very inconvenient for us. The patrons of your hotel should have had first option at parking. For the price of our room we will not return."

"Pros: Beautiful lobby and great service. Everything is within walking distance. Cons: Parking is expensive and an added cost. The east side of the hotel is much more run-down across the skyway. Our toilet wouldn't shut up and was noisy at night. The doors slam, and we couldn't sleep. Our AC wouldn't kick on, and our room was hot. The floors look like they hadn't been vacuumed in ages. Not worth the price."
