"I had a 7am appt for Radiology and was told multiple times to arrive 30 mins early. When I arrived the building is dark, locked and no one is sight! Not even a car in the parking lot. I have to use medical transportation and they pick you up 1 hr before your appt and I was dropped off around 610am. Even at 630 it was totally dead here. I was the only person on-site. Finally someone showed amd unlocked the doors, which say they don't open until 8am, smh! I said why was I suppose to be here earlier than you all? She said we have told them to not tell the 1st appt of the day to come in early but they don't listen. Only explanation I received. No apology. Nothing. I sat outside in the dark for around 30 mins. The only lights around are on the building. It was kind of creepy. Glad to get inside finally. Not impressed with st lukes."
