"It was my first time there. Went with my daughter and the grandkids. It was a great experience. Had a lot of fun. I would have given 5 stars but it was hard to hear the actors during the jousting act they didn't have mics. Also the place is starting to look a little run down a. Overall though it was fun."

"Really nice, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I do feel like there wasn’t as many food vendors as the other ren faires I’ve been too and the food I got was not as good as I expected. I also was surprised they didn’t really have much music. We went the last weekend so maybe it was more laid back then usual. Regardless it’s still worth going to and there are lots of fun things to see"

"My first time at KC Renaissance Fest was awesome!! Plenty of goods and services to browse in a central location. I loved that people could go in costume or just their regular clothes-- there was a lot of variety. The joust is a must-see at the festival. Per usual, the only down-side to big events is the parking; there is limited space at the 2 entrance gates, so wear shoes made for walking."

"Had a great time! More to do and see than you will have time for if you spent 3 days here. Huge festival with so many cool shops and fun characters. They offer discount on entry fee for veterans. Bring some snacks and water with you. The lines can get pretty long on busy weekends."

"I love the renaissance fair. I went last year and it was amazing all of the workers are really nice and the actors are amazing. all of the people here are so kind. There are lots of vendors with lots of different price ranges, the picture below of the ring is one I got for 7 bucks as well as lots of other jewelry from the same vendor. I loved dressing up. the first time I went as a pirate and the second time I went as a plague doctor! If you've never been I really recommend going at least once! I've been a couple times now and plan on going back this year many more! One thing I will say is I would plan on going on a day when it's not super hot there is lots of walking the place is very big."
