"Be careful, and don't let your parents go alone. My 75 year old dad went to get a new mattress. They sold him a mattress topper that he didn't need for an additional $65. On a fixed income, I went back the same day, receipt in hand with an unopened mattress topper. I explained what happened and the owner/ Manager interrupted me and said they can't take it back. I said, "it's never even been unzipped, we just got it today, and that my dad was older and didn't know what he was buying. " the man just shrugged his shouldn't and said, "that's how it goes.". Very sad that business take advantage of the elderly."
