"We went in Friday to get new phones. Checked out the best deals other companies offered, ended up at t-mobile. So glad we did. Had more with our salesman, Joel. He was very knowledgeable and professional; but he was also extremely personable and entertaining. I haven't had that much fun in a long time. Thank you Joes"

"I was having a problem with my phone for the voicemail it spoke in Spanish instead of English. And the representative was able to solve the problem and then intern I was going to do this anyway but I have T-Mobile internet a very pleased with it that's why I five stars."

"2 hours with Care at the corp phone number due to this T mobile gave us the wrong plan . They told us we were getting one thing but gave us something different then were down right rudeeeeeee about it I have never had T mobile be so rude I have had T mobile since 2015 Complaint has been filed with the main T Mobile Office. I am still on the phone with their care department At least they are trying to correct things . Your better off calling the 800 number and getting anything thru them"

"Joel was absolutely everything that a sales representative should be. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me straightforward, quick, and honest answers to every question I had. He was confident in his knowledge and gave me his honest opinion on what would be best for my needs, not his. Even when explaining some upgrade options, it was clear everything was my decision: I never felt like he was leading me to a decision or pushing me to buy anything. We initially came in with the intension of pricing a new phone or cancelling the plan for the price we got at AT&T but Joel made it an easy decision to stay, not just because of the price. When we came back (quickly) there was an issue with the upgrade and Joel did everything in his power to fight for us and make everything as easy and painless as possible. I also appreciate how quickly I was greeted and communicated with each time we came in, a great sign of good floor leadership."
