"High prices, but neat little place close by. I always check FB to make sure they're open. They had posted that they were open tonight, but when I walked in I was yelled at by the lady behind the counter who repeatedly said they were closed, even though there was another customer there, and shooed me out the door. I suggested they update their current FB ads or at least the sign on the door to let people know if they are closing early, but I was completely ignored. After working clearing some land for 8 hrs, we just wanted some cold beer and food for the 4 of us. Had I known they were closing early we would have gone by earlier. Even though I'm really frustrated now, there are some nice workers there and I have had some good experiences, but this isn't the first time I've tried to go during normal hours and they were closed, and it's quite frustrating."

"An awesome little shop that has just about everything you could want or need to pick up while out on the lake. We opted to grab pizza and some fountain drinks for dinner when we didn't feel like cooking and also didn't want to run into town. It was a little more expensive than the traditional store but we happily paid it for the convenience."

"I was very impressed with the Lake Shop. Great food. Friendly employees and great atmosphere. If you are headed to Linn Valley, then it is a must stop. If you are not planning a trip to Linn Valley, then you need too and make a plan to stop at the Lake Shop for your weekend go to’s."

"Stopped in for lunch at this adorable place and was highly impressed. The service was stellar. We had the brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese. The brisket was amazing. Just the perfect amount of sauce. The Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. Definitely recommend this The Lake Shop!"
