"The so called loctician named Stanneshea Tranice that works at this establishment is trash, she installed loc extensions in my hair which started to fall out 2weeks later. The bundle of locs that she installed in my hair were a totally different texture than my natural hair also the locs were different sizes and lengths. She charges $675 for the installation please don't waste your money, I wasn't looking for a refund I just expressed my dissatisfaction with her and advised her that I took the locs out, she never apologized or tried to make it right she just blocked me on Facebook how unprofessional."
