"The owner doesn’t currently run this shop but instead takes clients at his loft in downtown. He was kind enough to offer to come at my place to cut my hair, which was nice, but I had found this place in the first place just because its closeness to my place. Eventually, I never got haircut from here but giving 3 stars because of accommodating nature of the owner"

"My barber of 34 years retired and I've been looking for someone new for the last couple of months. I found AmBonisye on Google and it had great reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. I walked into the shop around 7pm without an appointment and the owner Demond was very accommodating. He wanted to make sure that I received the haircut that I was looking for and spent time, carefully ensuring that I received a truly great haircut. It was clear to me that he takes a lot of pride in his work and wants to make sure that his customer's are happy and satisfied. I am very happy with the haircut I received."

"I had a top notch experience on my visit. I was greeted at the door and welcomed into the new shop. The music was soothing and the conversation was very intellectual. The new black barber chairs enhanced the comfort. The royal blue on the wall was an addition to the location’s logo “Ambonisye”enhancing the shop’s ambience overall. He took his time on my cut and payed attention to detail. I felt like a new man when I left and I definitely recommend anyone that need a cut to try his services. Last but not least, it’s black owned !"
