"Went to this place after calling and making an appointment. One old white man in a chair with another cutting his hair. I walk in and look around, announce myself only to be told that he's the only person in the shop and some woman who might've been the one to cut my hair wasn't there. He also let me know that he might not be the best option for me (as I'm Black.) I agreed and walked out. Point is, the woman who took my appointment should've said something. I know that I have an accent that sounds Caribbean and instead of wasting my time, someone should've called me back and said something. I had other things to do but postponed them just because I badly wanted the haircut. Recommended only for white ppl."

"My first time there and I was a walk-in. A barber made time for me while he waited for an appointment to drive in. I got exactly the cut I asked for and the warm neck shave. Regular cut is 20$, but 17$ for Vets (me). Turns out Reed was my barber and he treated my like a friend and like my haircut is his business. I recommend everyone call ahead and go get cleaned up! He sharpens knives and clippers also and told me to spread the word!"

"I tried to get in on short notice and unfortunately Reed wasn't available until the following morning. Something told me to wait and make an appointment with Reed. I typically don't go to Barbershops because I thought it was a place where old men stood around discussing the days events and cracking jokes. Well, thats exactly what it was and I hands down received the best cut of my life. I have a weird part in my hair that makes it hard for me to style it the way I like. I didn't even tell Reed about it, and he cut my hair in a way that makes it lay exactly how I want. He solved 32 years of fretting with my hair. And it was so effortless. A master of his trade and a genuinely kind person."
