"One of the DIRTIEST pilots We reserved a shower through the app As we walked in the shower noticed trash can bag was full of trash toilet had hairs and toilet paper And the most important the shower had no cold water We ask the cashier for help she ask maintenance person but didn’t had a response She helped us getting another shower and the door wasn’t opening and when she opened it with her key that other shower was exactly the same full of trash with hair from the previous person The shower handle was lose We appreciate her help and tried not to loose it with her plus she’s pregnant and didn’t want to give her a hard time She did what she could But it is TOTALLY NOT OK with places like these not to treat their costumers like humans TRUCK DRIVERS deserve a better place to take a shower after 10 hrs of driving Yes we understand some aren’t the cleanest but most of them ARE please be more humans with them at least make your employees do their job like they’re are supposed to"

"This is what I just woke up to... um, you see that trailer between all the others, that's where the other spots are. Now I get it, people make up spots all the time, but there is not enough room to get out without tearing up someone's truck or mine... Pilot, do better. This is ridiculous."

"One of the worst in the Pilot network, people unprepared for the job, dirt, lack of security, a crowd of people at the entrances to the baths, the worst part of it all is the bad manners of the employees and the disregard for our customers who we leave thousands of dollars every time. days in places like these, incredible racism, I looked at the employee's uniform to address her by name, she didn't have her name, I asked her her name and she asked me aggressively why she wanted to know her name, I have never seen so much racism from black people towards the white race as I saw in this place, I will never return here, a place to forget that exists, if you need a truck stop, look for any other option!"
