"It’s a shame that I’m even having to give this rating, but I think it needs to be brought to the right persons attention. I come to this gas station religiously! Every single day to be exact. And it is unfortunate that I have to worry about what kind of mood the workers are going to be in as to what kind of experience I’m going to have that day, and over the past month, every single day has been the same, I get nothing but an attitude every time I come in, and if it’s not me, it’s my wife. You would think that a regular customer would be treated as if they are welcome. But that is not the case and I hate to say it but it’s to the point that I will be taking my business elsewhere."
"Update: Wednesday, December 13th Customers beware: This company absolutely cares nothing about the customer. I have reach out to the customer service feedback team 3 times and I am yet to get a response back. It appears this company support subpar leadership and Tim at this location is very much a subpar leader. This is an unfortunate post and complaint. I frequent this location daily because the new crew members the ladies are very friendly. I was there early morning on Tuesday, November 21st and encountered the young man whom I have witnessed before being rude to customers so I always avoided him. This morning, I was there at 5:55a. I didn’t realize the inside store wasn’t open so I went to the window that I never knew was there until I read the notification on the door. That’s when I encountered the young man who is always rude to customers. He also, conveyed he was the store manager to my surprise!! I asked a question and he was extremely rude, condescending, and he refused to service me. I had to drive to the mobile across the road and another gas station to locate the commodity I was looking to procure. I informed this young man that I will be reaching out to the upper echelons regarding his customer service to the company’s customers which I have witnessed on numerous occasions. This was the first time I personally had an encounter with him because I would avoid him. I am in total disbelief that he is a leader within this organization. I will not be patronizing the business again until he is no longer there. There is footage of my entire encounter with him this morning. It's important for businesses to provide excellent customer service. I asked a question about what time does the store open and his response was “it’s open”. I corrected myself and said the “inside”. Then he proceeded to go on a rant!!! Additionally, he made a comment about my disability and my placard; which was visibly seen on my dashboard. I am highly concerned and offended by this young man’s outrageous behavior towards your company’s customers. I am disappointed that a business I like to patronize has such a pervasive person being in a leadership position. Hopefully, the owner/Operations/Regional manager will take this feedback and address the situation promptly. As valued customers opinion matters, and my decision to withhold patronage until this matter is resolved is entirety based upon an expedited resolution by upper management. In the meantime, I will take my business to the mobile across from Moto."
"They are a highway location but don’t open the inside until 6am! Pointless to stop here if you’re a traveler, just go across the street to the Mobil. They are more than happy to service customers before 6am."
"The manger here is so rude to people. He lies. Called the police on me for just sitting at the table in the back of store. Told police that customers was complaining and I never saw any customers at all they go through the front door."
