QuikTrip 904 South Vandeventer Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110

"Beware of the scam in this gas station. Make sure you double check your receipt and do the math to make sure they charged you right. I got regular gas here and at the end the number I got charged seemed way more based on the number of gallons I put. I checked the receipt and realized I was charged for premium gas despite selecting regular. I took the receipt inside to show the cashier and the lady security officer said she needs to check the security cameras to make sure I'm telling the truth. She came back after 5 minutes and said I was right and their pump scammed me. I asked for a refund and that's when they started becoming rude. Male security officer came to me and said my only option is to call their HQ to correct this. Probably he thinks people don't have a life and can waste their time on phone for a few bucks. Then he gave me a smug smile and asked me to leave. I asked the cashier for my receipt back and she said she handed it to the security officer. And the officer was so rude and said he threw it away. I understand life has been tough on him and he hasn't gotten far in life, but that's not the customers' fault. Also, that was odd since they didn't even get close to each other. Then male security officer started saying I'm the only one who has complained about that and I need to leave. I don't care how long their scam has been going on but I caught it. Anyways, when I started leaving, I saw the cashier throw away my receipt, the one she said she no longer had because she gave it to the security officer. Looked like the employees were also in on the scam, so do yourself a favor and stay away from this place if you don't want to spend your money on a shady business and deal with the headache of interacting with horrible people."

"QT is becoming very unreliable for a morning beverage stop. All machines at this location were not working. It has become a common thing for many of the machines to be down. There are only so many free drinks coupons I want when I am stuck going to work with nothing to drink or show up late as I circle the city bouncing from QT to QT"

"Seems like a great QuickTrip to me (as they all are). The security guard who works there is nice and friendly, and I always feel safe here (another common QT attribute). The food is also great, both pre packaged and cooked on the spot."

"Went in for a coffee. One person poured it left it on the counter where they were working where I couldn't get it. When I asked the other person working behind the order counter that was near me she said "I dont do coffees" and walked away. The person who was doing the order of just a single coffee was chatting and laughing to some other employee. When I tried to get their attention the people she was chatting to yelled at me saying "I'm not on the clock!" And countinued chatting to the person who was "on the clock". Waited for another 10 minutes for the employee who was working to literally pick up the coffee and move it to the order counter. Terrible terrible service. The store was in good order and clean. The employees should be fired."
