"While the manager exhibits a helpful demeanor, their efficiency wanes during peak hours when customers are rushing to secure their necessities and return to work. The glaring issue is the understaffing, with a lone cashier bravely navigating the checkout onslaught while others seemingly languish in the back, unengaged in productive activities. The state of the establishment is disheartening. It resembles more of a pigsty than a place of commerce. Napkins strewn about carelessly, shelves often barren, and when there is inventory, it's an uphill battle to actually obtain the desired product. The current conditions paint a bleak picture, and one can only hope for a substantial improvement. It's evident that this place is in dire need of a strategic overhaul—from addressing staffing shortages to implementing effective restocking measures. The potential for improvement is substantial, and customers deserve an environment that reflects a commitment to their convenience and satisfaction."

"Woman’s bathroom very dirty, wet toilet all over floor, no paper towels, out of coffee, black tea, and lemonade, order ice cream and person behind the counter left it there melting. Had no spoons to over the cups of ice cream we were buying, we normally enjoy stopping because of the snacks and clean atmosphere. Not this time it was really bad. I hope your training program can step in and help this store and people. No one seemed to care."

"Food prices are high but the gas is top quality. They have everything you need and get you out of there quickly. The only thing that annoys me about going there is everyone lines up single file making a line that restricts moving around the store. Even though I'm sure everyone in the place visits frequently they still don't understand that they can check out two people at once at every register so you don't have to form a line. Just walk up to an empty space at the counter and wait. People that play 100s in lottery tickets are annoying as well but quick trip is great. I like the food and the convenience ."

"Come here if you only intend to purchase gas. I am at a loss for words, QT was the original one-stop-shop to not only get gasoline but food as well. This location never ceases to amaze me in all of the wrong ways. Inability to do custom orders from the touchscreen food processor. Inability to keep frozen drinks available and that includes drinks such as water and soda along with lids, straws and cups."

"Great place to get snacks and gas. Always have a good experience. It’s clean and the employees are nice and helpful. The gas pumps always look busy. Great location"
