"I scheduled an appointment for a hair cut, well in advance, for a wedding!! Sharolyn messaged me less than 3 hours before my appointment and cancels my morning-of hair appointment for the wedding. Then proceeded to tell me that no one will cut my hair and that I am out of luck. I booked weeks in advance! I waited for a date to open with their availability! And they left me with no other booking options! Please know that if you book a haircut with this company, they will require you to jump through loops and pay for your haircut if you cannot make the appointment but they can drop you at any moment and not care at all! TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Untrustworthy"
