"Yesterday was the first big snow fall of 2024 and I called a few times to make sure they were open. It felt like they stayed open just for me and my little sister. The front desk staff was a huge help. My sister and I were going through some pretty traumatic family drama and I really needed to her occupied while I sorted myself out. The staff educated us on dungeons and dragons and we left with a couple of Yugioh decks. Not only was this individual helpful, patient and kind - this person also helped us in the most sincere way. Thank you blue haired elf or whatever you DnD character identifies as, you really made our day!"

"A cute shop jam-packed with goodies. Quite the collection, considering the limited space. Perry and Josh were very helpful and welcoming (even after I clumsily knocked over one of their displays). If you're the sort to be intimidated by walking in and asking for comic book recommendations, you don't need to worry about that here."

"The people who are working the store are beyond fantastic the atmosphere if amazing. With that being said if you want magic the gathering supplies and cards you should choose somewhere eles because the prices are way higher than other places! The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the employees. And a quick update the prices are inflated at these stores. They say it's the distributor and that is not true. I work at a shop and our prices are never inflated"

"Fantastic customer service! I really enjoyed the wide range of nerdy materials here! The store is super cute and cool. Convenient location and lots of parking. But the customer service was the best! The two salespeople running the store seemed like they had so much compassion and kindness to their customers and they were so helpful when I couldn’t get a figure I really wanted (at no extra cost)! Very much above and beyond. Thank you! We will be back. :)"

"Still feel like I'm getting my feet wet in the comics arena, and both this and the South County location do a great job of making things accessible in a non-Comic Book Guy sort of way. Titles are organized alphabetically by publisher, then title. There's more than just comics here as well, with board games, paints, figurines, dice, and a whole lot more. The clerks are friendly and full of advice, there also seem to be a lot of extra events going on as well, make sure to keep up with them on Facebook."
