"So a new business project has my company in the Lee's Summit area and using this Phillip's 66 gas station. It has to be said that this place is just short of a complete dump!! To be in such an area one would think that the ownership would take better care of this station. From the huge pot holes in the parking area, to the none functional car wash, to the fountain drink area that has not worked in several weeks, oh and not to mention the restrooms that are in badly need of a rehab. Phillip's 66 needs to strongly consider a new partnership. This place needs help! A one star rating is to much...."

"Bathroom smelled like a baby smeared poop all over the walls. The whole place was overall dirty. Floors needed swept and looked like they hadn't been mopped in at least a week. Front doors were dirty on the glass as well as the metal. I had to stand with the fridge door open to turn bottles and see what was in that cooler"

"Pump didn't work. pm speaker at pump didn't work, hobbled in to get some svc. and had to wait for worker to acknoledge my presence, only alternative was to pay for fixed amt., when I wanted to fill up, never again Valero."
