"In my experience, the employees seemed to go to great lengths to understand my needs and comply to the best of their abilities. On the one occasion that I was not satisfied with the results, they happily accepted a return. Their prices are generally a bit high, but they often have sales during which their prices are quite competitive while offering a superior product."

They are very helpful and knowledgeable on their paints and their advice on which colors and what types of sheens for which rooms is spot on. My only complaint is they don't have T-shirts anymore... "Knowledgeable, helpful employees provide a very good customer experience. Sherwin-Williams enjoys a fine reputation for quality. Just take a look at the recent history of their stock price. An easing back (20% ?) in price would provide the VALUE that I seek . . . great customer service . . . reasonable quality of product . . . at a fair price. As is the case with so many businesses these days - over the top Customer Service is supposed to take your attention off of inflated prices. Not so for this customer."
