I've been a devoted QT customer for years but this trend of their employees not caring about the customers experience is getting old. Not sure what changed, but buyer beware...QTs used to be the same wherever you go and now it's not the case. Time to start going elsewhere."

"Who can deny Q-trip cashiers are of the best in states ? Nobody but today the lady (Josie M), I asked her a sugar, there was no bulk bag sugar she didn’t respond me then I asked her again. She ignores me. Another gentleman talk to me and told me, they don’t have anymore. The way she treats me wasn’t really good."
