"After being told I needed new rear brakes at another shop, I took my pickup to Craig’s for a brake check without telling them I had been to another shop. They could have easily told me I needed new brakes, but they said my brakes still had another 5k-10k miles left on them. Plus their price for rear brakes was $150 less than the first shop. They will continue to monitor the brakes when I bring it in for oil changes. I appreciate the honesty and not creating work for profit. I will use Craig’s going forward for all my automotive service and repairs."
"These guys just saved me over $2500 on an incorrect diagnosis from another auto shop. I took my car to Craig's on a Friday, and being closed on the weekend, I still had the proper diagnosis by the beginning of the week, and had my car back within a couple of days, during the Thanksgiving holiday! Craig's is honest, quick, knowledgeable, I could go on. Christine, was absolutely the sweetest, and kept me updated through the process, and SUPER patient in explaining things to me, more than once, to make sure I understand everything going on.
