"The pharmacy is the only okay thing about this store. My wife has an extremely bad immune system, due to chemotherapy. We bought Insure brand milk shakes to help her weight because she cant eat much. Only to find out, after she drank a little bit, that expired FOUR MONTHS ago! FOUR MONTHS. She got sick from that. Nobody is managing what is on the shelves. CHECK THE DATES ON EVERYTHING YOU BUY AT THIS STORE!"

"I go to several CVS stores in my area. The only one of them that I would not recommend is the one at National and Republic Rd in South Springfield. I purchased a blood pressure monitor here and had the receipt sent to my email and since it never was delivered I cannot return it for nothing more than store credit. The reason I can't recommend it is that the manager said that unless she had the receipt that the only thing that she could do was to give me STORE credit. So I guess I should have brought the monitor at Walmart or Sam's club instead, and from now on I will."

"i dropped off a ups package and no one at counter. about 60 feet away a lady said just leave it there. I said I needed a receipt. She told me cvs does not issue ups receipts. All this from across the store. So if you need a receipt drive the 30 minutes into Springfield and use the ups store."

"During a recent visit, my 18 year old daughter was treated extremely disrespectfully while picking up a single box of cereal. She was able to locate the cereal on her own, but then spent about 10 minutes at the counter, waiting for an associate to acknowledge and assist her because there is no self check out at this location. All of the associates and the manager were more concerned with receiving their paychecks than they were with providing customer service for a person who was in the store. This is unfortunate because I had previously shopped at this location. Often my job now takes me out of the area, so I am not in the store as much as I used to be. Perhaps retraining would benefit these employees, because your direct competitor, Walgreens, is directly across the intersection and people will absolutely take their business elsewhere if they feel they are treated with disrespect."
