"The customer service has been complete trash every time I've gone (probably 12 times now) they're rude, will stare at their phone and not acknowledge you, prices are ridiculous especially when they're "computer isn't working" and they charge you $3 each x 4 on drinks that are supposed to be 2 for 4. Has is high, prices of most products are high(yes even compared to other gas stations) if I ever get the funds I'm gonna open a kum n go in highlandville and put these jerks out of business"
"We like their fountain drinks. The gas is pretty good but you pay more for it down here. The Signal station 8 miles north, in Nixa, has the best gas in a 20 mile area, probably. Worth driving to get but this shell comes in next.."
"I will go 25 miles out of my way to avoid shopping here ever again. I wiped out in my kayak down by Hootentown, took off my soaked sweatshirt to dry on the way home to Springfield, was met by two bitchy clerks pointing at the sign that said no shirt-no service and trying to shew me away. I didn't plan on having no shirt, just happened that way. I was a good customer before this -- now I will never be a customer again."
