They convinced me that it was the carburetor, Which I found hard to believe, but since I couldn't figure it out I thought maybe the professionals could. A $150 later it has the exact same problem. And they don't know how to fix it without just throwing parts at it. I needed a saw pretty quick so I told them I that I would just buy a new saw if they would give me a credit for some of the money that I had spent that didn't fix anything. That was a big no. No credits, no discounts, no anything after they didn't fix what they said they could. Businesses just don't care about customers anymore unless you just keep throwing money at them. $150 out the window for nothing."

They left my jaw on the floor, and machine that was bought there, broken. I was recommended to any shade tree mechanic in a snark. Words cannot describe my feelings after spending 100k$ there. Parts are another problem. Almost nothing is kept in stock and must be ordered, including simple parts like pins. It’s hard to keep a machine going without access to parts. When the parts arrive after a week or two, they are 3x higher than elsewhere. Keep this in mind when buying new equipment."
