While it took some time to schedule Kozy Heat due to their high demand, we were exceptionally pleased with the technician they dispatched and the quality of his work. The technician arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, exhibiting both a personable demeanor and extensive knowledge. He efficiently resolved our problem within a short timeframe, rectifying errors made by the previous company's technicians. As a result, the fireplace now operates like new.
